I had a wonderful experience working with Jodi Burks. I didn’t know what to expect, but she took care of everything. Explained putting my house up for sale, pricing, staging my house, and buyers coming for appointments. I did very little, but sign some papers. After putting it on the market, I had 18 showings in a week, and on the 6th day, got a full asking offer! The next 2 weeks I got my business in order, found movers, bought boxes and tape, and started packing. Put half of my furniture on Matketplace and sold it! Closed on my house in Indiana( new construction) and worked with my Edward Jones rep to handle all funds. The closing at Crye/Leike was seamless. Everyone was prepared! I can thank Jodi enough for helping me reach my goals to start my new life in Indiana!

She kept us updated with showings, potential showings and feedback from other realtors that we could improve or update etc to make selling this home faster. My phone calls were always answered or returned in a very timely matter to include outside normal work hours ( I am overseas +7 hours ahead) along with text messages too.
